Which call handling mode should I choose?+
It depends on your preference. Always-On means every call goes directly to the AI — great if you're tired of your phone ringing constantly or want full 24/7 coverage. Overflow means your phone rings first, and the AI only picks up if you don't answer — great if you still want to handle calls yourself when you're available. Most clients start with Overflow and switch to Always-On once they see how well it works. Either way, setup takes 2 minutes.
How long does it really take to go live?+
The standard timeline is 5 business days from your onboarding call. Some clients go live in 3 days if they provide all materials quickly. We've never taken longer than 7 business days.
Do I need to be technical?+
Not at all. We handle 100% of the technical work — setup, integrations, testing. You don't touch a single line of code. We train you on using the dashboard once you're live.
Will callers know it's AI?+
